Startup Risks?

We do upfront research at no preliminary fee. There are sometimes small expenses to reimburse but never do we charge a fee for initial research. We produce fully landed cost spreadsheets and often perform make-buy analysis and other cost accounting to support client decision-making. Have a problem in another country? We will remediate it for free to show what we can do?

Product not fully engineered? No problem. We have a global array of engineering firms that we manage on behalf of our clients using the same model as we do for factory production. We have inexpensive and fast prototyping options.

What Are the Alternatives?

Brokers and trading companies typically add 20%-50% to costs and often get kickbacks from factories, freight companies, etc. We are vendor-agnostic. We only favor the factories and service firms with low-risk and high-quality at low-cost. We turn down any offer of renumeration and a partner is expelled immediately for breaking this rule. Our fees are a small percentage of your overall costs.

We don’t get paid until you are satisfied.

We consolidate to lower shipping cost on initial and lower quantity business. We consolidate samples to save money on express shipments. This does not get us any additional income.

When a problem occurs, we fix the problem as a member of the continual improvement team of your company with your other departments.
